DRIVING DATASETS
VSI Labs offers a variety of data sets that compile sensor data in different driving environments. We do this by performing high-definition recordings of the surveyed routes using a sensor suite that mimics typical ADAS cameras.
Our road survey is done using human-driven vehicles outfitted with the necessary sensor suite. Surveys are done during daylight hours in the absence of sun glare or heavy traffic. The recorded dataset is processed using AI-based lane detectors and feature detectors. Post-processing allows VSI to run its analytics tools to call out areas where lane detection may be compromised.
